I highly recommend Jennifer Brown! She worked with us as a buyer's agent when I traveled to San Antonio specifically to help my son buy a house. We had only about a week to find a house before flying back home, and at the time (April 2022), San Antonio was the 4th hottest real estate market in the U.S., meaning it was a seller's market. Jennifer was very aware of the current market conditions and what it would take to get a contract accepted--no small feat. One of the houses we bid on, our second choice, received 35 offers in a matter of a couple days! My son ended up bidding on a spectacular house with a pool, which we knew would be receiving multiple offers, and we could NOT be happier with the results - his offer was accepted!When you are buying a house, ideally you need a realtor who is experienced in knowing the market and is still willing and able to spend time with you - many realtors just don't have the time. Jennifer knew several tricks and guided us through the ins and outs of not only choosing the right house in the right neighborhood, but also in getting the contract accepted. And even though Jennifer had other clients the same week, we never felt neglected and she spent several hours with us every day. She showed us every house we wanted to see, except for a few that we shouldn't have been considering due to one or more unacceptable factors she knew about that we were unaware of.One of the best aspects of our experience with Jennifer was her willingness to basically put her life on hold to make sure we found something in the short amount of time we had to do it. She cancelled at least one personal function in order to accommodate our schedule and worked with us for HOURS every day. When we had dealings with an unethical listing agent on one house for which we made an offer (before our dream house happened to come on the market), Jennifer pursued him all day long until he finally admitted he had lied to us. She just never gave up. She has the persistence of a bulldog but the kindest and most engaging personality. She kept us laughing with her jokes and real estate anecdotes while we traveled around in her car to showings, and magically made a stressful process so much fun.We were impressed with her knowledge and contacts, including a survey contact who was able to save us a couple hundred dollars on the cost. She was also partners with several mortgage companies that offered up to a $2,500 discount from her referral.If you have a chance to choose Jennifer for your buyer's agent, grab it! My son may eventually buy some rental properties and he is already looking forward to working with Jennifer again.
